💳 One-Time Payment Packages

You can now create one-time payment plans in addition to recurring subscriptions.
This helps when you want to sell quick access packages — for example, a single job post or a limited-time promotion — without needing the employer to subscribe.

How to enable it:

  1. Go to Admin Panel → Manage Portal → License

  2. Click Add Licence

  3. Select One-Time License under Plans and Candidate type of License

  4. Set the price, duration, and included features

You can also now add pricing cards as widgets to any page (Home, Pricing, or Landing) for better visibility.

What this brings:

  • Flexibility for employers who don’t want recurring payments

  • Faster revenue stream

  • Easier upsells for one-time promotions

  • More control over how and where you display pricing options

⚙️ Control Over Candidate Data in Redirection Jobs

When you post external or redirected jobs (that open on another website), you can now choose whether to collect candidate details before redirecting.

You now control this behavior:

  • Enabled: Collect name, email, and other info before redirecting

  • Disabled: Redirect instantly to the original site to keep the process friction-free

How to change this:

  1. Go to Admin Panel → Manage Portal → Settings → Miscellaneous

  2. Find the toggle Collect Candidate Information for Redirection Jobs

  3. Turn it ON or OFF depending on your preference

Why it matters:
Some job boards want full lead data for every application; others prioritize speed and conversion.

This setting lets you choose what fits your workflow — whether that’s faster candidate journeys or richer applicant data.

🧩 Simplified Job Management

The job management view has been redesigned to work like an ATS (Applicant Tracking System) for admins.
You’ll now see applied candidates, matching candidates, and job details in a single unified view — making it easier to track activity without jumping between roles.

We’ve also added:

  • A filter to separate Job Ads and Job Posts

  • CPC or CPA values visible right on the Job Ad card, helping you identify which listings are driving better returns

How to access it:

  1. Go to Admin Panel → Manage Data → Job Management

  2. You’ll see Job Cards with detailed job details and candidate visibility

  3. Use the Job Type filter to organize listings

  4. Review CPC/CPA data to plan promotions strategically

What this improves:

  • Clearer visibility on what’s performing

  • Simpler workflow for managing job applications

  • More informed decisions on which ads to promote for revenue gains
